These policies are working drafts prepared for review. They are not finalised business policies and should be confirmed with a qualified adviser before the store accepts real payments.

Terms of sale

Design services are commissioned through a written proposal. Published fees are starting fees; the agreed scope, fee, currency, tax treatment and payment terms are those recorded in the proposal you accept. Physical cabinetry, delivery and installation are quoted separately.

Cancellations and refunds

To be confirmed by Heta. Until then, cancellation and refund arrangements are those stated in your accepted proposal. Earlier template purchases remain covered by the terms in place when they were bought.

Privacy

We collect the information needed to deliver your project: your contact details, your project brief, uploaded plans and photographs, proposals, payments and project documents. Uploaded files are private to you and Heta staff.

Marketing updates are optional and are only sent where you have opted in. You can withdraw that consent at any time. We do not sell personal information.

Project documents

Project documents are released in your private project area and are accessible only to you and authorised Heta staff.
