- What does a design service include?
- Each service page lists its potential deliverables. Your design proposal confirms the exact scope, deliverables, fee and payment terms for your project before work begins.
- Is the starting fee the final price?
- Your final design fee depends on the project scope, size and required documentation. Heta confirms the scope and fee before work begins.
- Does the design fee include cabinetry or installation?
- Physical cabinetry, materials, delivery and installation are quoted separately and are not included in the design fee.
- Do I need exact measurements?
- Initial measurements inform the proposal. Fabrication always requires verified site dimensions.
- What units are used?
- Metric throughout. Dimensions are recorded and drawn in millimetres unless your brief states otherwise.
- How do I pay?
- You pay the agreed design deposit only after accepting a proposal. Online payment is not yet available — Heta confirms payment details directly.
- How are drawings delivered?
- Heta releases design submissions and final documents in your private project area according to the accepted proposal. Links are private to your account.
- Can I see prices in KES?
- Yes, when Heta has set an exchange rate. Design fees are set in USD and converted at the rate shown; your proposal records the currency and rate agreed.
